Nicole wants people to feel great about themselves and live life to the fullest. This is where she can assist you, in the gym for all abilities. Her competitiveness will rub off in her classes, creating a fun atmosphere with lots of energy.
For 4 years at Loughborough Uni Nicole played national level Hockey. In her final year she decided to take up triathlon where she trained up to 20 hours a week and was selected to represent Great Britain in 2019.
Alongside the 1 to 1 personal training, group workouts and classes, Nicole offers with swimming, cycling and running programmes tailored to individuals. She’s keen to get out alongside her clients to help them develop practical skills and have some fun.
